Germans Renew Offensive Across Three Fronts Near Riga and Serbia

While progress continues against the east, French defenses east of Rheims repulse yesterday’s assaults. Bulgarian strikes against Serbians widen threats as trains and rail links around Vennya and Uskup are cited. Negotiations involve Britain, with Greece offered Cyprus and potential financial aid, while Romania and Austria-Hungary seek terms.
