Hinckley Returns From Conference Tour
Superintendent E. B. Hinckley of the State Industrial School and wife have returned from a three week trip. They attended the National Conference of Charities and Corrections in Indianapolis May 10 to 17 and then visited reformatories in Lincoln Nebraska Iowa and Colorado. Professor Minchley says they gained valuable ideas on caring for wayward youth. The national conference included nearly all United States reformatories superintendents from every state. Hinckley notes ideas arose from various conditions and viewpoints in reform education. Blanche Sweet and Robert Harbin in The Battle and a big animal picture play were listed for the Lyceum tomorrow.
