The group also addressed streetlight and trolley wire upgrades along Washington Avenue, proposing pole removals, new wiring, and underground lines funded privately by property owners via Rapid Transit Co. A letter was planned to the county commissioners praising Davia County road work south of the city.
Hackenanch New Jersey May 9 Frane Ruber an 18 year old boy whose fight last month with Gilbert Terlhuu ended in Terlhuu’s death was fined $500 after the court proceeding.
A court convicting several youths for an escapade imposed fines and penalties. One boy faced a $500 penalty, another, James Taysr, was found guilty and received a related sentence. Six others were fined $100 plus fees, with twelve more charged $25 each. All must pay within a year.

Farl G McQuoid secretary of the Wasatch Jockey Club’s inaugural meet began preparations for a May 21 opening at the air grounds. Roy Shumway joined to inspect the track and oversee improvements as officials reported the course in good condition and horses ready for competition.
