Testimonial honors retiring Ogden stake counselor Richards
Charles C. Richards, long-serving first counselor in the Ogden Stake Presidency, was honored at Weber Academy with a testimonial gathering attended by more than a hundred stake and ward officers and members. The event featured speeches detailing his leadership in priesthood organization, ward libraries, and record keeping, followed by a dance and refreshments.
