State engineer notices Chester E B Ceraber of Gedrn Utah applying under Chapter 108 to appropriate two 42 cubic feet per second from springs in Weber County. Water diverted at a point near section 34 township 6 north range 1 west for irrigation of 170 acres, April 1 to November 1, with domestic use, to be clarified by the State Engineer. Publication dates February 1 and March 29, 1909.
