Sheriff McKee of Pueblo Colorado states the Ogden high school teacher George F Roach was killed by an accidental gun discharge in Fairmount park. The shooter Roach died after firing into his own stomach and heart while searching a tool box. His companion Josephine Evans was not pursued and left for Spokane.
