Liberty Cache Valley road progress praises Weber County work
W 41 Taylor deputy state road commissioner reports the Liberty Cache Valley highway now open from Liberty divide to Paradise with the Weber side in top condition. Cache County work lags but is expected to speed up. the dugway section near the divide features a steep 600 foot ascent with a 6 to 8 percent grade and wide passing spots. The route promises eight extra miles between Ogden and Logan, scenic views, and improved travel for commercial and pleasure trips.
