They were married December 18 1884 and have two children with custody to the plaintiff. The wife showed $2 per month alimony and $5 a year for attorney fees. The East Jordan Canal Company case against Michigan Irrigation Camp began before Judge Morse. Trial has been ongoing with a ten day adjournment and many witnesses.
