Insian tonnage totals 130 000 tons while England stands at 650 000 tons and Italy 7 0 00 tons with the United States at 17 500 tons. COMFORT BAGS FOR TROOPS. Vladivostok January 14 a Red Cross train delivering more than 16 000 comfort bags for American soldiers along the Trans Siberian and Ussuri railways has been sent from Vladivostok. Each soldier will receive two bags one packed in Vladivostok and one arriving with a recent U S transport. The comforts include candy toothpaste brushes cigarettes chewing gum comb pencil shaving stick lighter and a housewife with utilities for mending. This effort was led by director S Tit Short of the Department of Mullins Rellet.
