Former Yale star Shevlin dies at Minneapolis home
Thomas Lee Shevlin, former Yale football end and track standout, died at his Minneapolis home after a illness that began Thursday. He was 33. A successful athlete, Shevlin starred at Yale from 1902 to 1905, earning All American honors on the gridiron and on the track. Survived by a widow and two children, he had lived in California during a break from football before returning home.
