Salt Lake December 16 John Borich sentenced to be shot Friday morning has gained twenty eight pounds since the death sentence in the Third district court. He murdered Selma Adkin alias Green near Tooele to obtain life insurance of 1000 dollars by posing as her husband John Green. He admits the crime but says another man urged him to do it, and expresses some remorse while looking forward to paying his debt to society. He plans to work again after release if spared.
