William Roberts was arraigned on counts of grand larceny and robbery in connection with a $400 theft from James Rice Wisconsin tourist. He pleaded not guilty. Samuel Dohacon and Sherman Holman captured a giant tarantula at a rock quarry and planned to donate it to Al Hallawa college. Abart Coffman sues Grande Western Railroad for 443000, claiming a train employee attacked him during a freight movement.
