At Salt Lake Valen Pacific Coal Company mine No. A blast and coal fall injured two workers fatally and six others. killed were Joseph Andazeon and Inmerx Bellers. Dr Doty noted no cases from the Three States. most stems from the Panama district and one from New Orleans.
