Havana Aug 5 The price of Cuban sugar for the 1919 20 crop is expected to be higher than the price set by the United States board. A House resolution would authorize the president to intervene in buying selling and exporting sugar and tobacco and set duties up to 50 percent ad valorem or raise existing charges.
