Ex Cue Champion Lloyd Jevne Dead

Loyd Jerme, renowned billiard expert and three cushion champion, died in San Francisco Saturday night. His body was brought to Los Angeles and laid in state at the family home in West Farmy. Funeral services will be held with the arrival of his next of kin from New York. Jerne, aged 85, was one of the nation’s best known players and held the title from 1900 to 1907. He moved to Los Angeles three years ago from Salt Lake City and is survived by a widow and four children.
