Washington April 2 tentative plan has been framed by the War Department for reorganization of the National Guard on the old 16th or Wis ton basis should Congress approve. It would restore the National Guard to the exact status it held when drafted into federal service and align with settled military policy.
Fargo reporting that Mla4 Mader Son of Tacoma Washington, shot last Monday by a rejected lover, is reported to be recovering. Charles Mischer, 34, who fired the fatal shot, died today after the fight near the location where he attempted to abduct Miss Wilson and was confronted by police.
