In a joint session at Algona Iowa on October 10 1905 the boards of Kossuth and Winnebago counties ratified the report on lands within drainage district No 11 in Kossuth and No 3 in Winnebago with changes and cancellations including annulling several land parcels and excluding them from the district. Auditors are authorized to issue warrants for approved bills and mileage and per diem for listed officials. Adjournment set for November 23 1906 with further routine county actions noted.
