Death of Alexander Fraser in Kossuth County Iowa
The article reports the death of Alexander Fraser six miles south of the city, from heart failure. Born December 5, 1825 in Nova Scotia, he married in 1853 and lived in Canada before moving to Kossuth County. He leaves twelve children, five surviving, with Donald, Duncan, Dr. Walter, Mrs. Henderson, and Mrs. Squires as executors of the family. Burial was conducted by the Masonic lodge in Irvington after services at the home and church.
