Notes and Comment on Early Iowa Settlers and Interurban Debate

It also notes Albright's search for his California brothers John Carl and Ferdinand, who reportedly moved to Oregon decades ago. The piece then shifts to debates over interurban routes, urging local tax support from the east side while challenging the west side, and ends with a long anecdote about a 42 year old flour journey to Webster City, reflecting on old milling conditions compared to modern mills.
