Circuit Court Ends Term With Notable Decisions

After two weeks work the circuit court adjourned Saturday. Judge Stepp earned respect in his first term as Putnam County’s court disposed of many cases including Vincent v Means, Stewart guardian v Reger, Rookwood v Price and Dodge, Phillips v Phillips, Vincent v Brawford, Stout v Stout, Morgan v Culler, and several notes suits. A jury awarded $250 plus costs to the plaintiff in Dierfing et al v Jackson. appeals filed.
