Mrs. Fred Henson and son Bobby visit from Colorado to see Roy Riley and wife. Jim Cowan and family called on Geo. Dilliner Sunday evening. Jess McClure and wife were in Unionville on business Saturday. P. M. Anon and wife of Unionville spent Sunday afternoon with sons Guy and Hugh. Alec Perkins of Exline bought stock in the area last Friday. Yvetta Ryals of Kirksville visits sister Mrs. Allie Rennells a few days. Jim Davis and family and Jim Tinsley visited Lincoln Davis and wife Sunday.

Families visited Unionville and Powersville while Lora Tingley and son visited from Sand Springs. Lucerne players beat Powersville 4 to 2 as the Farabes Merc store moves stock from Dr Steels into Switzer building.

Rev A B Post resigns as head of the Missouri Anti-Saloon League to join the national organization. His resignation takes effect June 17. Rev Parker Shields, head of the Tennessee league, is chosen to succeed him.
