Civic League Holds Enthusiastic Meeting and Overhaul Plans
The Civic League met Thursday afternoon to discuss a thorough overhaul of the park and related improvements. Obituary Notice for Local Resident with Family Ties
The deceased left four children with surviving relatives Mr Frank of Martinstown and Mrs Kitty Huston of La Belle Missouri. Two children died in infancy. He moved to Putnam County at age twenty and joined the Dal ted Brethren Church in the early sixties, remaining a member for four years. Later uniting with the M Church at Belle, Missouri, his devout Christian life endured and he was known as a tireless worker in the community. The remains rested in Montgomery Cemetery on May 6, with funeral conducted by Rev. S. P. Mercer.
