Funeral at home Saturday morning conducted by Rev. Robert Jardine with Masonic burial at Lemonville cemetery.
Addie Medora Brasfield Branfield Sorrow died Sunday night at 11:80 at her Unionville home after about six months of illness. Born March 30, 1868 near Unionville, she was the daughter of R. M. Brasfield. Survived by her father and brothers Oscar of Pierre SD and Caspar of Unionville. Funeral held at home at 2:30 PM with Rev. B. Stidham officiating. interment in Unionville cemetery.
The Putnam Chapter D A R presented a 12 foot weatherproof wool bunting flag to Putnam High School on Washington's Birthday. Miss Agnes Harper read the regent's speech, Supt. Threlkeld thanked the group, and the school sang the Star Spangled Banner with the D A R.
