$100 700 Injury Suit Slated For Second Trial
The $100 700 personal injury case of Mrs. Minnie A Reid, 67, vs Lionel Castellano, E Guy Warren and Warren Transportation is set for a three day second trial April 18 before Superior Judge Hale McGowen. Reid, of Hawthorne, was injured June 25 1952 when her auto collided with Castellano s truck about 14 miles north of Laytonville. The first trial ended with a hung jury Feb 14 15 16.
