Whose Dog Bit Lady At State and Church

Mrs. C Lambert of Santa Rosa reports to Police Chief George Smith that on Sept 3 she was bitten by a Shepherd and Spitz mix dog at State and Church streets. The bite occurred below the left hip and required medical attention in Eureka. The owner and license number are unknown. description given of the dog’s owner as about five feet two inches, 45 to 50, slender with red hair.
