Ukiah Council Eyes 5000 Dollar Teen Center Grant

Lake County board approves quote bid purchases for autos

Lake County supervisors, after a Columbus Day break, on Tuesday approved an amendment to allow the county administrator's office to use quote bids for automobile purchases, aiming to secure lower costs. The measure passed unanimously amid questions about bidding locality and maintenance considerations for new equipment. Also discussed were Boise-Cascade's request to revert three Hidden Valley Lake lots to acreage and Worley Acres rezoning. both items moved toward next steps.
