Del Kennedy of Ukiah leads a California class action against the City of Ukiah to annul August 1973 water and sewer charges on mobile homes and multi dwellings and seek refunds of about 74 750 to payers. Golden State Mobile Home Owners League joins as plaintiff. A meeting of GSMOL in Ukiah Grange hall will discuss the suit.

Kissinger sees tension but halts near-term Middle East hostilities
