Logger Killed At Philo In Wooded Logging Accident
Thomas Edward Cooley aged 45 was fatally injured at 8 am during logging between Philo and Boonville. A log rolled over him while he worked as a choker setter at the Charles Orr mill. Coroner B G Broaddus reported the death with funeral arrangements pending. He was a native of Wewock Oklahoma and leaves a wife Beulah and five children in Boonville.
