Americans add 700000 jobs in September amid steady unemployment
UPI reports September added 700000 employed Americans to a record 85.1 million, offset by a 750000 rise in the labor force leaving unemployment near 4.8 percent for the fourth straight month. Willits Woman Hernandez Declared Insane in Slaying
Andrea Evangeline Hernandez, 30, was ruled legally insane after psychiatric reports and ordered confined at Atascadero state hospital for an indefinite period.
