Ukiah police arrested two men and a woman for burglary at the Ukiah Motor Court on Monday night. Talmage Bridge Over River Opens Today
The state highway department opened the new 550-foot steel and concrete bridge between Ukiah and Talmage on the Russian River with minor finishing touches remaining.
