Ukiah battles back to edge Santa Rosa 14 to 2 as Tim Geoghagen sneaks in for the go ahead score late in the fourth quarter. Ukiah employs strong defense and improved ball control, with Nabors Jean and Hook keying the Wildcats drive after an early Santa Rosa touchdown by Larry Steele.

Teammates roared Santa Rosa as Bob Redfern sidelined by a fractured leg watched from the hospital after the half. The win keeps Ukiah hopeful for a Friday clash at Napa.
