Californians vote for governor as turnout varies across counties
Voters faced a large ballot as Edmund Brown Jr and Houston Flournoy contest the governor seat in California. Ukiah Voters Cast About One Fifth by 11 A.M.
About one fifth of Ukiah's registered voters had cast ballots by 11 a.m. with turnout expected to rise in the afternoon. Three polling places showed 90 of 523, 106 of 539, and 115 of 411 voters voting respectively. County Clerk Viola Richardson projected 68 percent county turnout and polls stay open until 8 p.m.

Dinner honors Willits supervisor Sawyers at Brooktrails Lodge
