Findings issued in two college lawsuits over Yokayo Ranch EIR
Superior Court Judge A B Broaddus issued three page findings of fact and conclusions of law denying mandamus petitions against Mendocino College over Yokayo Ranch construction. The ruling says the college board followed legal procedures and its EIR is supported by substantial evidence. Petitioners have 60 days to appeal to the California Courts of Appeal in San Francisco.
