Four car crash on 101 kills young woman in Mendocino County

A four car collision on Highway 101 near Pieta Creek left Elizabeth Flynn 20 of Rohnert Park dead from massive head injuries two hours after the crash. Marchers Seek More Indian Rights in Ukiah Protest

A coalition of United Tribes Pomo Chapter and AIM sympathizers led over 100 Indians through downtown Ukiah on Saturday to demand greater Indian rights and protest broken treaties. The 30 minute march from Henry Street to Yokayo shopping center drew a sparse crowd. spokesman Anthony Amante said more protests are planned countywide.
