Ukiah Wrestlers Honor Keith Leland in 1868-69 season
Keith Leland, one of four Leland brothers from Redwood Valley, was named Most Valuable wrestler and Outstanding Athlete for Ukiah after a standout 1868-69 season. He went undefeated in points until near season end, won multiple invitational titles, and led Ukiah to a third place in state competition with a landmark 194-pound runner up finish.
