Ridgewood Properties Win Suspension of Action Over Road Work
The Shasta County board lifts legal action against Ridgewood Properties after Calumet Industries pled a $10,000 letter of credit to be replaced by a bond. Ridgewood must provide road project data by Sept. 15 and may sell only in Tract 3 while awaiting paving by fall 1973. The interim deal expires Nov. 15 and may allow refile if conditions are unmet.
