Arabian Horse Show Opens at Sonoma County Fairgrounds Tonight

The Gehan Arabian Horse Association hosts the three day Golden Gate Arabian Horse Show at Santa Rosa’s Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Machen Gives Youth A Lesson In Ring Tactics

Eddie Machen defeated 10 rounder Joey Orbillo in Los Angeles by a split decision. Machen teased the younger fighter by dropping his guard and waiting, then pressed in the closing rounds as Orbillo tired. The judges credited Machen 5-3-2 on rounds and 83-62 from Lee Grossman, with Nye Latham and John Thomas scoring in favor of Machen.
