A 26 year old Fairbanks man Larry D Wertz was arrested outside his Elliott High Way home for malicious destruction of property connected to a series of blasts damaging supports on the trans Alaska pipeline north of Fairbanks. The suspect carried a rifle and pistol when arrested and offered no resistance.
