Ford outlines broad tax cuts to combat recession and energy costs
President Ford told Congress the state of the union is not good and urged a permanent 16.6 billion dollar annual tax cut plus a 12 billion dollar rebate to spur growth. County Uses 549000 For CETA Jobs In Mendocino County
