Ukiah edged Santa Rosa 972 to 972 in a Creedmore tie broken by last off hand scores. Important Colt League Meet Thursday

Ukiah officers and officials vote and plan for the Colt League Western Division Championship playoffs to be held in Anton Stadium next August. A vital meeting is at 7:30 p.m. at the Mendocino County Library Demonstration Office on Clay Street with all former and current officers and parents urged to attend. Ukiah Junior Chamber of Commerce volunteers will help with tournament preparations as the host for the World Series qualifier in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Four top Western teams are expected to attend as part of the buildup to the final competition.

Pop Warner Grid Meeting Set for Monday Night

Pop Warner League will hold a dinner meeting at Los Robles Lodge in Santa Rosa at 7 PM next Monday January 11.
