Wildcat Cagers Fall in Two Heartbreakers by Napa Invaders

Ukiah High School’s Wildcats lost 64-48 to Napa Indians after a tight first half, with Terry Marsha hampered by an ankle sprain and senior leaders leading Ukiah scorers. Napa’s foul shooting helped seal the win as Ukiah’s B team also dropped 65-59, ending the varsity season with a 2-8 league and 12-13 overall record. next year promises a nucleus for coach Sten and a larger B-to-V varsity reshuffle.

Panthers share NW League crown after weekend split

Anderson Valley Panthers split weekend games in the Northwest League standings. They lost to co-champion Point Arena 66-57 in Friday action, then beat Potter Valley 84-57 on Saturday.
