A 2 year old Redwood Valley man Roy Dwayne Johnson was scheduled to be arraigned today in Ukiah Justice Court on charges of first degree robbery and kidnapping for extortion. He allegedly threatened Thomas Hubbs with a gun on November 27 and, with an unidentified accomplice, kidnapped him on November 30 driving him to Lake Mendocino and taking more money while a pistol was fired. The incidents followed Hubbs reporting bad narcotics sales. Bail set at 20000 dollars.
