Caspar Man and Antioch Girl Die in Separate Accidents
A Caspar man died when his Volkswagen plunged 30 to 40 feet off a bluff near Todd's Point around 3 PM. Rescuers recovered the car but found no driver, identity unreleased. In a separate incident a 15 year old Antioch girl Joy Ann Nichols drowned at Russian Gulch State Park after being swept from the rocks. Her body had not been recovered.
