The Ukiah city council unanimously denied a planning commission proposal to rezone property on S Dora Avenue between Washington and Observatory Streets from R-2 to R-3 near the new Ukiah General Hospital. The vote also approved a Diamond International C-1 to C-2 change at 235 E Perkins St and supported curbside meter parking near the courthouse.
