Model prisoner escapes near Potter Valley Rancheria
John Q Billy, a 20 year jail inmate with a long police record, escaped from a road crew transport near Potter Valley Rancheria while en route to Ukiah. Deputies searched brush and hillside areas. Stipp Fights Pari-Mutuel Funds Cuts for Fairs
