Bob Borghesani tops scoring for Lakeport at 25 a game as Anton's, Durable Plywood, Nylanders and Crawford Lumber jockey for position.
Dick Tiger the British Empire 160-pound champion edged Holy Mims in a middleweight bout to push for higher rankings and a title shot against Gene Fuller. Tiger called the fight dull, citing Mims flicking jabs and bicycle style as the source of the tension.
