Beafalo baron Oliver Bud Hemphill, 55, received two years probation and a $2,000 fine from Justice Court Judge Richard Kossow. He must also repay $4,500 plus interest to the state employment tax office. Five counts were dropped and four dismissed. four counts convicted relate to unpaid payroll withholdings at Taralara Ranch south of Ukiah.
