Mendocino College adds eight used trailers for fall classrooms
Mendocino College district acquired eight air conditioned trailers from Butte College at 19000 for use as auxiliary classrooms and staff offices at Ukiah interim campus near the fairgrounds. Trailers T-1 through T-8 will host maintenance, tutoring, chairmen offices, and classrooms with shifting space and lab upgrades planned for 1974 75.

Reinecke to resign as lieutenant governor in wake of perjury conviction
Republican Lt. Gov. Ed Reinecke disclosed plans to quit his post after a Senate perjury conviction.
