Santa Rosa private detective Rowland Weller sues former judge and campaign figure Oscar Klee for about 30000 dollars. Weller hired in February to probe Chuck West aka John Charles Cain, Klee's former campaign manager, now under court order to return records. West allegedly used multiple identities amid past drug arrest and tax business ties to Klee.
