Hydrant order ends in lawsuit over 3000 gpm mandate
Three motel owners James Gettle Jr James Ward and H A Thrush sue county fire district and a fire inspector to block a 3 000 gallon per minute water pumping requirement for their Hospitality House on Talmage Road near Highway 101.
